Just solutions were asked by Student Quarters ltd to completely refurbish a3 storey town house

Just Solutions converted from offices into 12 bed student accommodation with common room and ensuite bathrooms.

The project was completed in January 2017 and consisted of a complete package to the client, all works were directly supplied and project managed by Just Solutions and completed on time and on budget.

A large amount of structural works were required to ensure all rooms complied with current legislation. A complete turnkey development and all rooms acquired by the local university within 1 week of marketing.
