Works have completed at County Hall in Coventry city centre, the previous offices over 3 floors have been carefully converted into an 18 bed HMO accommodation for Coventry University for a private client. The refurbishment was completed to an exceptionally high standard and all works were managed and completed by just solutions staff, please see our case study area for further information and pictures.

Works have completed on a 16 bedroom HMO refurbishment of a 3 storey large house in Coventry for a private investor, the works have again been completed and managed in house and the client has already indicated us to complete their next project, again see our case study area for further info.

Our facilities managements teams are busy working away on both reactive and planned PPM Maintenance with teams currently working at Ford motor company 6 sites in midlands, Unipart, Stagecoach branches nationwide, Twycross Zoo, By Box sites nationwide, Edgetech uk, Scholastic Ltd, Comag Forward, Federal Mogul, Trust Ford, Paynes of Hinckley, Clarke and Strong Ltd, Quinton Securities Ltd, Alpha industrial Ltd, Buildwise Ltd, Birmingham City Council and many many more.

6 toilet blocks and a canteen refurbishment for a new client in Southam and the prospect of taking over their facilities management and ground care are underway, a full factory refurbishment at Baginton airport site has also commenced this week with our teams working hard to complete the 6 week schedule.

 

A void refurbishment is also underway on a 3 bedroom property, full replacement of all services, wall and floor coverings, rewire and heating, bathrooms and kitchen and balcony’s, full redecoration and new carpets.

We have received orders for 2 further large HMO refurbishments this week a 24 bed and an 18 bed respectfully to include all works in house.

Our modular build side is developing nicely with close talks with several councils in developing a solution to fit their requirements, something we are positive we can assist them with and deliver the final product.

We also again wish to welcome our newest member of the team in Andy Cornaby previously from Axis Europe, Andy is a well-established individual who is equally respected with the world of social housing. Taking up the role of Director of business development Andy is set with the task of adapting and bolting on to our existing operations a larger role within the social housing sector and we look forward to building some trustworthy and transparent relationships with more councils and landlords.

We also are delighted to announce the promotion of John Farrelly and Darren wright to Mechanical Director and Electrical Director respectfully, a fantastic achievement for two individuals that have been with the company from the outset and have worked their way up from being on the tools in a van to director status, well done both.

We have had some further new vehicles delivered this month again boosting our corporate fleet and strengthening our brand.
